This comprehensive exterior painting and weatherization project involved the meticulous application of an elastomeric waterproof coating system to the 112,000-square-foot building at Carrillo Magnet School. The objective was to enhance the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of the school while providing long-lasting protection against the harsh Arizona climate.
As part of the Tucson Unified School District’s commitment to preserving and maintaining its facilities, this project focused on improving the building’s weatherproofing and energy efficiency. Our team applied a high-quality elastomeric coating that offers superior flexibility and durability, ensuring the exterior would remain sealed against moisture and extreme temperatures. The coating system not only protects the building from water infiltration but also helps regulate temperature, contributing to a more energy-efficient environment.
