Mesquite Elementary School

For this significant project, our team was entrusted with the exterior painting and weatherization of the 85,000 square-foot Mesquite Elementary School, located within the Casa Grande Elementary School District. The work involved the application of a high-performance elastomeric waterproof coating system designed to provide superior protection against the elements while enhancing the building’s aesthetic appeal.

The project required meticulous attention to detail, as we utilized advanced techniques to ensure optimal adhesion, long-lasting durability, and a seamless finish. The elastomeric coating system was chosen for its ability to expand and contract with the building’s surface, offering unmatched weatherproofing and preventing water penetration. This ensures the school’s exterior is protected from harsh weather conditions, such as rain, UV rays, and temperature fluctuations, for many years to come.

Our team completed the project on time and within budget, ensuring minimal disruption to the school’s daily operations. This successful weatherization and exterior painting project not only improved the building’s structural integrity but also contributed to the school’s overall energy efficiency, providing long-term savings for the district.
